Research:

My research interests include qualitative and approximate reasoning, automated generation of models though composition of model fragments, and artificial intelligence for legal and evidential reasoning.

I am a lecturer in Computer Science at King’s College London, where I carry out research in approximate and qualitative reasoning and in artificial intelligence and law.  I hold a PhD degree in Informatics from the University of Edinburgh and was previously employed as a research associate at the University of Edinburgh (at AIAI and the Joseph Bell Centre) and at the University of Wales in Aberystwyth.
