I completed my PhD in early 2010 and am currently applying to King's College for a visiting appointment. Thus, I hope to stick around here on this webspace as a Visiting Research Fellow for a while longer. My supervisor for my PhD research was Prof. Costas S. Iliopoulos and I am (currently still) a member of the Algorithm Design Group in King's Computer Science Department.

Though I am currently working in the industry, I am continuing my research. My main interests of which lie in String Algorithms, with a focus on their application and implementation in Biomedicine, Music Information Retrieval and Bioinformatics.
