Solon P. Pissis

I am currently a Research Scholar in the Soltis lab (Molecular Systematics and Evolutionary Genetics) at the University of Florida and a Visiting Scientist in the Scientific Computing group (Exelixis lab & HPC Infrastructure) at Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies (HITS).

I have been a Ph.D student under the supervision of Prof. Costas S. Iliopoulos and Prof. Maxime Crochemore and a member of the Bioinformatics and Algorithm Design (BAD) group in the Department of Informatics, at King's College London, between Sep 2008 - Sep 2011.
