About me
I am a Ph.D student under Dr. Sanjay Modgil's, Dr. Elizabeth Black's and Prof. Peter McBurney's supervision in the Department of Informatics, King's College London. My research topic orients around agent argumentation. I am a member of the Department's "Planning, Agents & Intelligent Systems" group. Our work is concerned with investigating various aspects of agent technologies and intelligent systems, as well as AI more generally, and their applications. I am also a member of the WG4 work group, and of the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society (EETN).
Research Interests
I have a number of research focuses in the area of argumentation:
Defeasible argumentation
Strategies for argumentation
Applications of argumentation theory in dialectical interactions
Preference and value based argumentation systems
Applications of game theory on argumentative systems for agent dialogue
Furthermore, I am also interested in algorithm design.

Current work
After completing the first year of my Ph.D, during which I mostly focused on reading the literature in relation to my Ph.D research topic, I then worked on investigating strategical aspects in relation to agent dialogues which rely on argumentative systems. This work led recently to my first paper submission, while it will form the basis for further research on the topic, during the future course of my Ph.D. I now plan to investigate similar strategical aspects under a game theoretic perspective.
