Publication Policy

• Papers which have been published in other journals and papers which are already accepted for publication in other journals cannot be accepted for the Journal.
• Papers which are in the process of refereeing or publishing in the Journal should not be submitted to another journal.
• We reserve the right to keep an electronic version (dvi or PostScript file) of a paper published in the Journal freely electronically accessible.
• We do not mind if a paper which has already been published in the Journal is submitted to another journal. It is the author's responsibility to inform the new publisher that the paper has alreay appeared in the Journal and that it will be further electronically accessible.
• We support publishing special issues with selected papers from conferences or workshops. But these papers must have journal quality and they are subject to the normal refereeing process.
