Location

 
LAW 2007 takes place at the Council Room, Strand campus (Strand, London WC2R 2LS) and Franklin-Wilkins Building, Waterloo campus of King's College London (Stamford Street, London SE1 9NH). The nearest tube station to get to Strand campus is Temple and to Waterloo campus is Waterloo (London Underground website here).

There are three rooms for different sessions:
  • For the morning sessions on 7 Feb 2007, the venue is Council Room, Strand campus;
  • For the afternoon sessions on 7 Feb 2007, the venue is Franklin-Wilkins Building Room 1.67, Waterloo campus;
  • For all sessions on 8 Feb 2007, the venue is Council Room, Strand campus.

Direction to go to the Council Room: Enter through the main entrance (of Strand Building). You will see the reception and three lifts. Go straight on and you will see a set of stairs on your left. DO NOT TAKE THEM. Continue your way forward into the hallway until you find a second set of stairs on your left. Take these stairs up to the second floor and then go straight on until you see the Council Room on your right, just after room 2C.

Direction to go to Room 1.67: Enter the Waterloo Campus through the Stamford Street entrance. Go immediately up one flight of stairs to the first floor. Continue straight. On your left is the Restaurant and on your right you pass in front of the Reception and the Information Services Centre. When you reach a corridor you take the right turn (signs says: "River East",rooms 1.60 to 1.71). Room 1.67 is half way down the corridor on your left.
